[announce] [HEADSUP] OpenBSD Mirror Retired

[NYC*BUG Announcements]

 The NYCBUG OpenBSD mirror section has been retired. We are now co-locating
ftp4.us.openbsd.org and it was time to take mirrors.nycbug.org/pub/OpenBSD
off line.
For now we are redirecting all HTTP requests to ftp4.us.OpenBSD.org . This
will remain in place until after 6.0 is released.
