[BSDCert-Announce] BSDA at DCBSDCon

[Announce list for the BSD Certification]

The BSDA will be available at DCBSDCon (http://www.dcbsdcon.org) in 
February. DCBSDCon will be held the Wednesday and Thursday before Shmoocon 
for those who are interested in attending both conferences. We've timed the 
exams to occur at lunchtime and after the last session so those attending 
the conference won't miss any talks and those who are working will still 
have the opportunity to take the exam in the evening.
