[Announce list for the BSD Certification]

I'm pleased to announce that the BSDA will be available during AsiaBSDCon in 
Tokyo, Japan. The event details are on the BSDA registration website:

Philip Paeps, one of the speakers at the conference, will be proctoring the 
exam.

If you plan to take the exam at this event, please register for the exam 
early so we can ensurethat  we send enough exam packs for the event. Note 
that the exam will be in English.
