[BSDcert] Which Shell?

I have to agree sh and csh only for BSD certification.

sh and csh are as ubiquitous as vi. Also all the other shells, in very
simple (incorrect) terms, build off of these two shells so it only makes
sense to use only sh and csh for testing.
