yes i completely agree with Chris!!
Even then the integrity of the testing centers and people who conduct
the lab tests is very important. I think atleast in the begining it
won't be possible to have a careful monitoring of the situation.
For example if an institute provides BSD training and it the same
institute has a BSD testing centre then the pressure that students of
the Institute should pass the Certification can cause them to adopt
teaching just capsules of Practical lab questions and not going into
the details of technology.
