[BSDCert] Announcement: Task Analysis Survey Launched

I did comment on the questions where appropriate, and then made use of 
the "Contact Us" form on the website at the end.

I didn't list the specifics here, as most have already been covered in 
this thread.

I feel strongly enough about peer review (or lack thereof) that I felt 
it necessary to add my voice to the crowd.

One other observation. There are comment boxes for the questions. Where 
is the comment box for the survey?
