Yes, ktrace should be covered, as our survey results show. It appears to
be Somewhat to Very important and more Essential than Not important. It is
an Intermediate/Advanced to Senior Admin skill.

Use ktrace to troubleshoot software issues.

        Never 21.2% (94)
        Yearly 15.1% (67)
        Quarterly 22.1% (98)
        Monthly 19.6% (87)
        Weekly 11.0% (49)
        Daily 4.3% (19)
        Not important 8.8% (39)
        Somewhat important 35.6% (158)
        Very important 37.8% (168)
        Essential 13.3% (59)
        Novice Admin 2.7% (12)
        Junior Admin 9.7% (43)
        Intermediate/Advanced Admin 43.0% (191)
        Senior Admin 38.5% (171)

(As for me, I probably use it several times each month.)

We will have to decide how to fine tune this more -- or at least decide
how to test this skill.

The survey results have a few comments about programming also.
