Sure. Anyone on this project could be considered to be similarly
encumbered (though there will obviously need to be a private list at
some point for the discussion of the real details), and I have a
FreeBSD.org email address which, while not equivalent to a
certification, counts for something. I'd expect an employer to be
suitably impressed with "not eligible for BSD certification due to
presence on QA committee" or whatever too ;-)
