I wouldn't want that to be a separate certification.  I don't think it
would make sense anyway.  Perhaps an optional extension module?  Say
you'd have an option to take:

a) the core BSD security certification exam

or

b) the core BSD security certification exam with the BSD security
'migration' extension(s).
