[BSDcert] Certifications in Bahasa Indonesia

Dear BSD experts,
I'm from Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB), Indonesia.
ITB is leading institution in science and engineering in
Indonesia.
ITB is also the first institution using FreeBSD in Indonesia.
Many important servers in ITB's NOC using FreeBSD.
So ITB want to become center of BSD certification
in Indonesia.
Please let me know if there are license or frenchise
schemes from bsdcertification.org for ITB to hold 
BSD certification examination.
