[BSDCert] BSD Usage Survey TEST VERSION

Hi All,

We've constructed a new survey to help assess the overall usage of BSD
operating systems around the globe.  The survey is short- only 15 questions-
and should only take a few minutes to review.

and send your comments to the list.  

You don't need to actually fill this survey out, only provide comments and
suggestions.   We will publish a final version in the next few days.

The survey will be sent to the translation teams once we get the final copy ready.
