Hi Ye,

I've made a pdf on put it at:

The formatting is a little odd, but the content is
correct.  Your comments on the content are what we 
are most interested in at this time.

There will be some minor changes to this content when we release
the survey to the translation teams tomorrow (Tuesday).
That version will be on the translation wiki site.

The real survey will be on the standard web port but at a different URL
when published.
