[BSDCert] code of ethics

Infortunatelly, in Brazil there is only the SBC (Sociedade Brasileira de
Computação - Brazilian Computing Society) but they do not present an ethic
code on their site. Also, the computing professionals in Brazil do not have
a legal recognition yet, leaving the market open for anyone who wants to say
they work with computing to do so.
There are, of course, other controls like if you are going to assemble
hardware, you must have an egineer, and all that, but software houses do not
have this kind of controls. There is no need for a software engineer to make
a software house, or a software at all. :-(
