Not sure right now.  I'm seeing the same from USA.  

There are two DNS entries www.bsdcertification.org 
The 200.210.70.25 entry is the one not responding.

Unfortunately, that is where the Usage Survey is located at the moment.

We're working on the problem and hope to have a solution soon.
