[BSDCert] Update on Usage Survey

Hello Everyone-

Just a quick note on the Usage Survey.  We've just passed *3000* 
responses.  That's an excellent response for a survey!

These results are still preliminary.  Survey closes Sept 30.
Note also- these results are just from the English Survey.
All surveys will be combined for analysis when the survey is ended.
