Hello Patric (and other, I CC this post in BSDCert list), Dru
wrote me you are the translation team coordinator. I'm a russian
translator. Perhaps you know answers for following questions:

1) Is there are any more russian people who suggest a help in
translation project?

2) How can I begin? Is there are any plans to translate a
project?

3) Is BSDCert need to translate exam question, or only
proclamation

4) Where I can get source of this proclamation? Perhaps this in
LaTeX, perhaps you have CVS or SVN tree for it.
