[BSDCert] slightly off-topic call for volunteers

This call for volunteers is not directly related to BSD certification but 
rather for a new BSD-related website.

The website is looking to gather a volunteer team to provide input on the 
design and content of the site as well as suggestions for site coding, the 
database engine and security.
