I apologize for taking so long to jump into this thread.

Richard, can you look into how Addison Wesley handles translations and 
get back to us? I know with O'Reilly I have no control in this area and 
tend to find out my book is in another language a few months after the 
fact when a reader emails me to let me know he enjoyed the translated 
version...

If translations are going to be an issue, the BSDCG should take a closer 
look at creating an official study guide, perhaps in a self-publishing 
environment where we have total control over the work.
