We're not much of a user's group (more of a virtual user's group where
all the action happens on our mailing list), but at least a couple
KamLUG
(Kamloops Linux Users Group) members from Kamloops, BC, Canada are
lurking on this list.  There's a small handful of us that are watching
this process with a lot of interest in the end result (taking the
exam).
