[BSDCert] Test Delivery Survey Report now available

Hi everyone,

I'm pleased to announce that the report on the recent Test Delivery Survey 
is now available for download as a PDF.

The English version of the press release is here:

and translated versions will follow. As these become available I'll 
send a post so those interested can refer to those releases in non-English 
forums.

The report is also available from the main page of the website.

The report is released under a Creative Commons license meaning you are 
free to distribute the report in whole or to refer to portions of the 
report in your own materials as long as you attribute BSD Certification 
Group Inc. as the originating source.

The results of the survey seen in the report have major ramifications for
the future direction of BSD certification. As this is a community driven 
effort, your comments and ensuing discussion on this mailing list are 
important.
