[BSDCert] credit card support

I'm pleased to announce that we now have the ability to accept credit card 
payments directly for both the Store and Sponsors page of the website. 
Those making a donation have the option of paying through Paypal or 
directly via credit card without having to first create a paypal account.

If you ever experience a problem using the Store or making a donation, 
please email me the error message so we can look into it.
