[BSDCert] new brochure

The latest version of the BSDCG brochure is now available in English and 
German on the resources page of the website:

http://www.bsdcertification.org/index.php?NAV=Resources

Everyone is free to distribute at conferences, events, etc. If you have a 
translation or design another flyer, send it along so we can add it to the 
website. Ping myself or Axel off-list if you need the source for 
translation.
