the exam will be available at a lot of events. I do not know if there  
is an event in Poland about BSD and/or OSS where we can offer the exam.
Dates for the exam will be published at www.bsdcertification.org, also  
the chance to register for an exam. Please be patience, the dates will  
be released in the near future.
In Europe we offer the exam at FOSDEM (www.fosdem.org) which will be  
in Belgium.
