Russian words on banner are: 'Участвуйте.  Станьте аттестованным. 
Выдвиньте'.

First part is OK as is.

Second part is correct but it is too longish, innatural and those words 
address only males.
Second part is better be replaced by 'Аттестуйтесь'.

Third part does not correctly reflect meaning of 'Get Ahead'.
I propose to replace it either by 'Продвигайтесь.' or by 'Вперед'.  (the 
latter is blatant).
