[BSDCert] BSDA in Copenhagen

The BSDA will be available at Open Source Days in Copenhagen in October.

Those interested in taking the exam can pre-register and pay for the exam by 
following the tabs at the top of the event listing. Machtelt Garrels will be 
the proctor and will also be available at the OpenBSD booth during the 
conference.

The BSDA is available in October at events in Germany, Denmark, and New 
York. Help spread the word and consider taking the exam yourself at one of 
these venues. Thanks to the proctors who travel to the venues and to the 
conference organizers who provide space for the exam.
