[BSDCert] BSDA in Brazil

Hi everyone,

The BSDA will be available in Sao Paulo, Brazil during CONISLI 2008. The 
details for the event are here:

and Patrick Tracanelli will be the proctor. If you participated in the 
Brazil beta last year, you're eligible for a 50% discount on the exam and 
can select that option during Step #3 when you pay for the exam.
