We're looking for a proctor for KyivBSD (in Kiev) and one for Open Rhein Ruhr (in Bottrop, Germany). If you're local to one of these locations or plan to attend one of these conferences and would like to donate some time to help the BSDcert effort, ping me off-list for details.
