[BSDCert] Article for BSDMag

We are putting together an article for BSDMag on BSDCert, and are 
looking for input. . .

Basically, the approach is to have a question and answer format based on 
those questions frequently raised about the certification.

We are thinking very broadly about this. . . It might be, "how can I get 
my staff certified?" or "How can I become a proctor?". ..

We'd love to hear additional questions, on or offlist. . . so let 
yourself be heard.
