I find that Dell's server hardware typically works well with FreeBSD. For the most part, as long as you stay away from the super-cutting edge hardware (read: high end gaming equipment), you're not going to have too much trouble running FreeBSD on any equipment. If you have access to the information, try to find systems that use Intel chipsets. I find them more reliable than those made by NVidia and the like.<br clear="all">
