Date is TBD, but Feb 1 is the target, Mid-January is also possible.

I'm the contact point for the venue:
The Conference venue is more or less set, Suspenders Bar, 111 Broadway 
can be closed to the public, for a Saturday.
George R. set this up, I'm more or less just managing all the venue 
details from here.  Feel free to reach out to me (on list, preferably), 
for other venue specifics.
