Again... i misunderstood... vendors care about number of attendees, not
our costs.

Well, we're not quite *there* yet.  We have a general idea of costs, and
need to work on a list of likely, past and possible sponsors.  Once Ike
sorts out space for tables at Suspenders...

Then we need to get a clear picture of sponsor levels, and the
respective benefits.

This could include things like:

- table space
- logo on www
- logo on video displays at site during event intermissions
- videos on above during intermissions

etc.

Then everyone can run out and chase potential sponsors, and have
something to offer them.

Then once the deal is made, we tell them the image res :)
