 The usual way I have seen theses online meetings run is that the
website:
https://meet.jit.si/

and the meeting name, say "Semi-BUG July 20", are published to this
list the morning of the meeting. You enter the meeting name into the
left hand dialog window, at the above site. Then people would begin
joining at 1900 hours EDT (Troy, MI time). There is no password to
join.
