[Semibug] Postponed: EMACS and Mg presentation in September

Guys and Gals:

 I am going to have to postpone the EMACS presentation until October
19th. Work requirements are preventing Dante from getting the
presentation ready for September. Instead we can have lightning talks
for the September Meeting.
