Yeah, who cares about getting junk mail as a privacy issue when we have 
hard stats on our library habits available to the FBI. Three cheers for 
the good librarians who shred.

The mess of laws here sucks. It seems that each law made to protect us 
is overridden by reams of other laws and their side-effects. May the 
best lawyer win.
