1) Post to pr0n newsgroups under alt.binaries with the trap address in the
From: header, not in the body. Spammers are lazy so they only harvest XOVER
data most of the time.

2) "Unsubscribe" from spam lists - some say this doesn't work, but IME it
does, very well given that about 80% of stuff hitting my own spamtraps is
hitting addresses that were seeded this way.

3) Seed the addresses in web pages with constructs like:
<a href="mailto:your.address at domain"><!-- yeah, right... --></a>
