Hi, I've got a 30GB IDE drive (with about 28GB of data) that is
DOA.
Won't spin up at all.  Would anyone on this list have any data
recovery
service recommendations or advice?

This isn't a client's HD, it's personal, so price is certainly a
factor
here. :)  I've gotten wildly disparate quotes from $200 to allmost
$2000.

Any advice would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.
