[nycbug-talk] issues with ssh local osx -> remote freedbsd

i'm having issues doing an ssh from osx 10.4.5 box at home in  
brooklyn to my colo freebsd 6 REL box in manhattan  .  the terminal  
just hangs for minutes on end.

if i ssh into my debian box in los angeles , i can get into the  
manhattan bsd box fine (no lag either!)

there's no packetloss if i ping manhattan from brooklyn, and all  
other services seem fine

can anyone give me a suggestion as where my issue between the mac and  
freebsd boxes are?
