[nycbug-talk] announce list problem

Is the announce list broken?  I expected it to be moderated.  A post 
would wait in the queue until released.

I got this reply:

We're sorry. <P> Only list administrators can post to this list. <P>
Please send your announcement to george at nycbug dot org or hans at
nycbug dot org for posting to this list.

OK, no worries....

But both of those email addresses bounce.... ;)
