I've read it, and I would say that if you have an afternoon where you are
hanging out in $yourfavoritebookstore, then it is worth reading through, but
I don't know if I'd buy it again.

I'd say that it is a decent reference if you need to use *nix boxes as
routers, and it covers some of the routing daemons, and a bit of their
interaction in the kernel, but I didn't find it all that useful.
