You sure can.  What you perhaps cannot do, is connect from 1.2.3.4 to
150.210.240.36.  

Sometimes this will work anyway if the ISP doesn't enforce uRPF, but
it can never work if the DSL to which your default route is pointing
goes down, so you have no real redundancy.
