In *BSD, it's the wanpipe(8), fpopemon(8), cpipemon(8) CLI and Curses 
based commands that help you do all of the controller-level configs like 
DLCI, SDLC, Frame-Relay, PPP, Clock Settings, Channels, Loopbacks, 
protocol specific statistics, etc.
