The Defcon videos seem to end up on a podcast eventually every year.   
Several are listed in Apples official directory.  Same for Blackhat  
and Shmoo.

I went to defcon and blackhat this year.  I defintly got a lot more  
out of blackhat, but defcon was a fun party.
