yeah it sounds kind of buggy as all hell, but they have made ZFS
handle case-insensitive filesystems to support it. Also from what
I've heard Windows ACL's are the native kind of ACL insude the guts of
ZFS and NFSv4. Unix permission bits are handled as a special case of
Windows ACL's, and POSIX ACL's are gone.
