Well, here's the standard mailing list response to that... sorry....

Can you be a little more specific about this resource utilization?

The answer is most likely yes. But nobody pays fees to be a member of
NYCBUG and there is no obligation to do anything. That said, I think
most everyone follows the spirit of contributing where they can.
If it's some sort of commercial proposition then there is a jobs
mailing list which would be most appropriate for that sort of thing.
