Pretty excited just now, as I had a legitimate reason for a useful use of
cat ... in the wild ... not everyday that such a thing happens, figured I'd
share ...

{
    echo "SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS = 0;"
    safe cat "$dump"
    echo "SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS = 1;"
} | mysql ...
