[talk] Outside meeting

At last week's meeting I proposed holding meetings outdoors in order
to make scheduling easier. Since we live all over New York City,
I suggest Central Park; but other suggestions are welcome.

I am happy to bring some sort of writing implements and surface.
We can try a projector too, but that is an undertaking, as powerful
enough of a projector may be large and may use lots of electricity.
