Sorry for the off-topic post, but there are enough smart people and general sysadmins here that it could be quite helpful to me. Anyone use a Barracuda product? I'm considering one of their data backup appliances. I'd like to get someone else's experiences first. Especially if they've had to call tech support and/or use the data backup appliance.
