Really?  That is great news.  I started using FreeBSD back in the
2.2.x days, when you could easily end up buying hardware that FreeBSD
(and/or NetBSD and/or Linux) couldn't recognize.  I did some
significant back-flips over a RAID card somewhere around 1999, IIRC.
