Our client is an exciting and successful firm in the entertainment space, working with leading web technologies in web, mobile, video, and social networking.  They have 100 employees, almost exclusively out of top schools, so you must be comfortable working alongside the best and brightest. Experience working with a variety of open source technologies is highly desirable. Ideal candidates will have exceptional academic credentials; advanced degrees; and/or compelling professional accomplishments. This individual will act as the Senior Linux Administrator reporting to the VP of Web Development. You will serve as a technical lead for the team, and will lead by example, remaining focused on the tasks at hand, without the need to worry about hire, fire, and review responsibilities.  There are 20-30 servers on site and they support an international environment.  Other technologies in their environment include Java, Tomcat, Ruby, MySQL, Amazon EC2, and Red Hat Linux.  Solid interpersonal skills are mandatory, as you will be interacting heavily with other administrators as well as developers.
