Got it.
Here is one that I am actively working on and hopefully pertinent to this
group... I am working directly with one of the managers, and have gotten
pertinent info. directly from the CTO as well.

No finance experience is not a deal breaker- Open Source developers
w/ expert level knowledge of C/C++ works best.
The real kicker is API work in bindings to support popular OO languages
(Java, C#, Perl, etc.).

For qualified candidates, my value comes from knowing the inside scoop and
really preparing you to be successful if this is interesting to you...
not just to mereley submit.

Infrastructure group and external Open Source contributors and consumers.

implementations in many other programming languages, e.g. Java, C#, etc.

software developer who thrives on being in the trenches, responsible for
designing and maintaining a collaborative environment between our R&D

The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in design and
development of Open Source C/C++ Projects. The successful candidate will
have the opportunity to work on highly optimized, scalable and distributed
software that facilitates normalization, and delivery of data. You must be
a team player with proven success on achieving aggressive deadlines.
Demonstration of strong passion, excellent communication skills, and
creative problem solving is a must.
